Blood Pressure

• 24 Hour ambulatory blood pressure recording, including cuff and ‘wrist-watch’ designs
• Combined 24 hour ambulatory ECG and blood pressure monitoring with sleep apnoea assessment

Screening for Sleep Apnoea

• 24-36 hour ambulatory monitoring of oxygen saturation
• 24-144 hour ambulatory ECG monitoring

Respiratory Tests

• Lung function testing by "Spirometry"

Vascular Ultrasound

    Arterial

• Head and Neck arteries: Doppler evaluation of the common, internal, and external carotid arteries, subclavian and vertebral arteries.
• Peripheral arteries: Doppler evaluation of lower limb, upper limb and hand/digit arteries, including graft patency assessments. Pre and post exercise measurements and measurements in response to limb movements.

    Venous

• Upper and lower limb venous assessment
• Inferior vena cava
• Deep and superficial veins.

• Our consultants have admitting rights to NHS teaching hospitals and private hospitals
• Where invasive tests and treatments can be performed.
